Typhoon Rai (Odette): Rising Stronger Together

December 2021 will always be remembered as the time when Typhoon Rai (Odette) brought immense destruction to many communities across the Philippines. Homes were damaged, livelihoods were disrupted, and countless families faced uncertainty and hardship.
